A free-floating dividing piston separates shock fluid from high-pressure gas charging to reduce shock lag (decline) or fade (failure). A combination of preload and short upper strut mount spacers distributes the lift load more evenly and prevents CV axle overextension within the OEM tolerances. A moderate preload spacer and coil spring pad below the OEM coil spring is the first component to add a higher ride height. A short 1-piece top mount metal strut spacer is the second. This top mount strut spacer has a strong tab-and-slot interlocked design: precise CNC laser cut and precision formed in CNC press break. These are powder coated to provide an extremely durable protective barrier to prevent corrosion.
