Please be aware that with the current situation in regards to the COVID19 pandemic, we are experiencing unprecedented shortages of products that we have never before experienced. Almost every supplier is being affected by this situation. Shipping carriers are being overwhelmed by the increase in internet ordering and delivery times may be affected depending on your area. We, unfortunately, have no control of the situation and ask for your understanding.

Due to the increase in "porch theft", most orders will be sent with a Signature Required and someone will need to be present to sign for the shipment.
A great way to protect your shipment is by accepting the ROUTE Protection Plan that is offered at check-out. The ROUTE Plan provides detailed tracking as well as insurance against any damage, lost, or stolen merchandise. With the ROUTE Plan, we no longer need to collect a signature on UPS and FEDEX shipments since you are covered for any loss.
We can ship to all 50 states as well as Canada. Any shipping special offers apply to the lower 48 states only. For shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, please call us at 304-233-7917. We can also ship to APO addresses but please realize that APO shipping has size and weight limits and any tire over a 30x10.50 cannot be shipped to an APO address.
Important Information Regarding Tire Shipping
If you have ordered 32" or taller tires or a Tire and wheel package, PLEASE READ BELOW.
Because of the added volume of online sales due to the Covid-19 pandemic, in an effort to maximize the space used in their delivery trucks, UPS and FEDEX have imposed huge surcharges on what they consider "oversized packages". These surcharges will make providing reasonable shipping charges impossible unless we use alternate carriers.
To combat having to pass these charges on to you, most 32" and taller tires and almost all Tire & Wheel Packages must now be shipped by common carrier (tractor-trailer).
While these can be shipped to a residential address, it is highly recommended that you find a business address to ship to. Semi trucks going to homes can create many problems and issues.
1. Freight carriers are geared more to business deliveries and delivery to a residence may not get priority so there may be delays in receiving your order. They also may show up without contacting you first and they may charge a re-delivery fee if you are not there.
2. Someone MUST sign for the delivery. Freight carriers will NOT leave the shipment without a signature like FEDEX and UPS do.
3. You need to do a VERY thorough inspection of the merchandise before signing for it. Once you have signed for the merchandise, no damage claims can be filed. If you see damage or see possible damage, make sure that the driver writes "Possible Concealed Damage" on the Bill Of Lading before you sign it.
4. The driver is not required to assist in unloading the merchandise from the truck and sometimes may not provide any help. They are only required to get it to the rear of the trailer so you will need to have someone there that is physically able to unload the merchandise.
Most businesses are open normal working hours, are usually more accessible and have the resources to unload the merchandise. If at all possible, ship these orders to a business address.

We ship to Canada daily. We can give you your quotes either with just shipping charges or a complete landed cost including all taxes, customs charges and duties. We prefer to give you the quote with all charges included so that you do not get surprised when your merchandise arrives.

Damaged and lost packages:
If you have received a package that has been delivered by UPS, FedEx or USPS which was damaged, i.e., the product inside the package is damaged or some pieces inside the package are missing, please call customer service immediately at 1-800-391-1113 to report it. You must: keep all of the original packaging and do not throw anything away or attempt to install any component or product, and please do not tear down your vehicle. Customer service will handle the claim process from here as this was not your fault.
If you receive a package that was short or damaged which was delivered by a truck freight company, you must sign for it that way. You must sign the bill of lading as (short) or (damaged) qty?, Item?, Description?, Type damage?, Etc. Please make sure that the driver notes it that way or else National Tire & Wheel cannot proceed in helping you with a claim on the product. The truck freight carriers are very specific on this matter.
If your package has been shipped out to you from National Tire & Wheel and has become lost by one of the carriers, then a "tracer" must be started on the item/package. National Tire & Wheel, unfortunately, is at the mercy of the carriers in these situations and our hands are tied. We at NTW must abide by the rules of the carrier under these circumstances. A certain number of days must be allowed for the carrier to attempt to locate and deliver the package. If this cannot be completed, then a claim will be opened and National Tire & Wheel will be given permission by the carrier to reship the customer. It is not National Tire & Wheel's fault that the carrier lost your package.
Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours after placing providing all of the merchandise is in stock. Orders placed on the weekend are not processed until the following Monday. Special order items and "drop shipped" product will be delayed an approximate 5 to 8 additional working or business days.
Working and business days:
Working and business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekend days or recognized holidays. The only shipments which are delivered on Saturday are the upgraded service packages by UPS and FedEx at an additional cost shipped next day air, second day air, and three day select. Please note that these packages also are the only ones which have a guaranteed delivery day.
Time of delivery:
Most orders are shipped out within 48 hours, assuming that the merchandise is in stock. If your order contains mounted tires and wheels, an extra day or two is normally needed for the mounting and balancing. Most merchandise is shipped from our warehouse in West Virginia. Depending on what state that you live in, normal shipping time is 7-14 business days.
In the event of a backorder situation, we will either ship the merchandise directly from the factory or notify you of the delay.

Shipping and deliveries:
National Tire & Wheel ships your merchandise using UPS, FedEx, USPS (apo,fpo), and various trucking freight companies for domestic shipments within the United States. We do not ship outside of the country; however, we will ship to a freight forwarder of your choosing. Transit times vary between the numerous different companies - your salesman will provide you with an estimated time of arrival (e.t.a.) at the time of sale. Upgraded service of next day air, second day air, and three day select service is also available at an additional cost if preferred by the customer. Over sized and overweight items need special handling and can only be shipped using a truck freight carrier. Important: the customer must be home in order to inspect and sign for the merchandise at the time of delivery.
