The largest radial IROK that they make in a 15" size is a 39.5x13.50R15. We have those here at the moment.

As long as we have them in stock and you order them before noon on a weekday, we normally ship the same day. If you order on a weekend, most of our in stock orders get shipped Monday. Right now, we have 4 in stock but inventory changes daily.
