    RECOMMENDED FOR OFF-ROAD USE ONLY! These tires are street legal DOT approved but do not have any type of ride or balance warranty. These tires are great for off-roading but ride awful on the street and are near impossible to balance. The old bias ply Buckshot has been brought back from the grave. The bias ply Buckshot was always a favorite for old Jeep owners and off-roaders looking for great traction in a tall, narrow tire but with no concerns about ride or wear.     These have been good tires. At 60 mph they ride very good. No vibration or unwieldy manners.

    Good tires

    These are good tires, no more sliding in the field. A little bouncy until warmed up, but that is normal for bias ply tires. Overall very happy.

    Old school Buckshots

    They the same old bias ply buckshots from back in the day. Made in Thailand. Excellent mud tire. Only tires that might may be better in the mud, possibly Boggers, or 9.5-16 tractor tires. These have better highway. manners than either of those. This set balanced very nicely.

    Beyond Excellent

    Dang near as good as the original by Gateway these have a 1” narrower tread face and are 1.5” shorter . The tire is not a good handler at speed, it’s like a bias super swamper and hunts where the old manufacturer models were dead steady at a couple times what’s recommended. I’m using them now for around the yard and fields, some “stock” truck pulling etc and the tread is still superior. Bought another set just to have on hand. (Have 3 trucks equipped at the moment)
